Femnomenal is based on the belief that feminine traits, held by all of us, play an important role in our lives, and when elevated, can lead us to great success; however, most leadership training puts substantial emphasis on masculine traits for success. This concept, created by Trella Randolph-Cole, helps leaders who don’t present with traditional “Alpha” or “masculine” traits elevate their natural leadership style to be just as successful as the concepts presented in traditional leadership models.
