Trella Randolph-Cole  is a social impact consultant and executive coach  with over 25  years of experience in the social impact field. She has worked in various fields, including the arts and entertainment, youth development, social services, education, healthcare, veteran affairs, and law. Trella is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and information with those committed to service and leadership.

Trella is currently the CEO of Path Forward Consulting, a consulting and executive coaching firm that focuses on advancing the social impact of philanthropy, government, nonprofits and social entrepreneurs through strategy, finance, organizational management, and executive coaching. Her passion is helping people enhance their leadership style so that they can excel, advance and lead all while finding their own peace and joy in the journey.  She has discovered in the many roles that she’s held that true leadership is built upon maximizing one’s support of those who provide service while leading with thoughtful decision-making, compassion and love. While these principles are normally frowned upon in executive settings, this is the foundation of the FEMNOMENAL theory!
